PeKinška Patka
"Strah Od Monotonije"

Formed in 1978, the Magnificent Pekinška Patka was one of the first punk bands out of Yugoslavia (now Serbia), this is their album released in 1981 on Jugoton Records. After this album the singer Nebojša Čonkić (Čonta) went to mandatory army service and the rest of the guys went on to play in other bands. They reunited at the EXIT festival in Serbia on July 13, 2008.

This is actually the bands 2nd LP, the first being 'Plitka Poezia' which is one of the best punk records ever released. There is a discography CD out called 'Sve Od Pekinska Patka' which can be downloaded on the at least one blog. Conta is now a teacher living in Canada, and their 2nd bassist Bale has a site called Fatalamanga.com with a few MP3's and live footage of the band playing in 79 or so.
