Recorded on February 26, 1974 for the BBC at the studio Langham 1 by John Peel.
After Roxy Music, Brian Eno began his solo career and subsequently went on tour. The tour ended after only 5 shows due to Eno having a collapsed lung. Luckily for us, these few tracks were captured. Includes an excellent version of "Baby's On Fire" which Brian later re-recorded. From producing bands like No New York (Compilation), DeVo, Talking Heads, U2 among many others, his always forward thinking approach to production, writing, vision and music has always made him a visionary and a pioneer in music, art, fashion (?!>??") sound noise. Words cannot give justice to this man's decades of years of work.
Tracklist:
1) Baby's On Fire
2) Totalled
3) The Paw Paw Negro Blowtorch
4) Fever

This is great stuff! Was Fripp in this lineup?

Excellent stuff, I've been after a good quality version of this for ages (YEARS actually!). I've linked this post to my blog btw (with due acknowledgement), let me know if that's a problem...
q: wtf?

Great site. You said Eno went on to record Baby's on fire, but if this session was indeed 74, he had already cut it on Here Come The Warm jets in 73. As for the lineup, there is an auditory absence of fripp (since someone asked.) I'd guess it was Phil Manzanera playing. Totalled is A great rock version of I'll Come Running to Tie Your SHoes which eventually appeared on Another Green World. This would go fabulously with the rare 74 single The 7 Deadly Finns. Thanks again.
