An excellent post--thanks for this. It's a shame that this was never issued on CD, at least not to my knowledge. I have worn out the cassette, and I am too lazy to go digging for my LP.

Wow, this is good!! I am pleasantly surprised. Ryan Richardson was selling a copy on eBay a year or so ago, and I've wanted to hear it ever since so thanks for posting! This is now one of my favorite fake punk LP's- they manage to get such a great guitar noise goin on some of these songs and there are only like 2 clunkers on the whole record, I think. If memory serves me right, they were from the L.A. area- Huntington Beach or somethin ?). I'd now love to know their whole story and how these 70's metalheads decided to record a punk record.

Wow, thanks for the trip down (faded) memory lane. I think these guys were from LA...sounded to me like a Los Angeles version of the Stranglers, minus the keyboards and superior songwriting. But what the hey, it was fun, jerky rock nonetheless.
